registro no conselho que habilita pessoas jur\u00eddicas de direito p\u00fablico e privado que\u00a0 explorem, sob qualquer forma, a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os em atividades t\u00edpicas e privativas das profiss\u00f5es da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>\u00a0Art. 15 da Lei 4.765\/65: A explora\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades privativas do Administrador por empresas, entidades e escrit\u00f3rios t\u00e9cnicos s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 ocorrer ap\u00f3s o registro no CRA, a qual ser\u00e1 expedido a Certid\u00e3o de Regularidade e Certificado de Responsabilidade T\u00e9cnica.<\/p><p><strong>Porque se Registrar?<\/strong><\/p><p>Somente as empresas devidamente registradas no Conselho est\u00e3o devidamente habilitadas para prestar servi\u00e7os na \u00e1rea da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Sem registro, a empresa estar\u00e1 atuando de maneira ilegal, estando sujeita a san\u00e7\u00f5es e podendo ser inabilitadas, por exemplo, a participar de licita\u00e7\u00f5es para a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os ou efetuar seu cadastro em bancos de fornecedores de servi\u00e7os.<\/p><p>Para quem contrata uma empresa regularmente inscrita no CRA-RN, existe a garantia de que os servi\u00e7os est\u00e3o sob a responsabilidade de um profissional devidamente habilitado, na qualidade de Respons\u00e1vel T\u00e9cnico, o qual responder\u00e1 perante o Conselho por quaisquer irregularidades que venham a ser cometidas pela empresa.<\/p><p>A Responsabilidade T\u00e9cnica do Administrador surgiu com o Regulamento aprovado pelo Decreto n.\u00ba 61.934\/67, que estabeleceu, em seu Art. 12, como sendo uma prerrogativa do profissional de administra\u00e7\u00e3o, desde que registrado no Conselho e em pleno gozo de seus direitos sociais. Vejamos:<\/p><p><strong><em>&#8220;Art. 12 &#8211; As sociedades de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os profissionais mencionadas neste Regulamento s\u00f3 poder\u00e3o se constituir ou funcionar sob a responsabilidade de Administrador, devidamente registrado e no pleno gozo de seus direitos sociais.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a7 1\u00ba<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; O Administrador ou os Administradores, que fizerem parte das sociedades mencionadas neste artigo, responder\u00e3o, individualmente, perante os Conselhos, pelos atos praticados pelas Sociedades em desacordo com o C\u00f3digo de Deontologia Administrativa.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a7 2\u00ba<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; As Sociedades a que alude este artigo s\u00e3o obrigadas a promover o seu registro pr\u00e9vio no Conselho Regional da \u00e1rea de sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o, e nos de tantas em quantas atuarem, ficando obrigadas a comunicar-lhes quaisquer altera\u00e7\u00f5es ou concorr\u00eancias posteriores nos seus atos constitutivos.<\/p><p>Quando a indica\u00e7\u00e3o do Respons\u00e1vel T\u00e9cnico recair sobre Bacharel Tecn\u00f3logo ou Sequencial, a sua forma\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser afeta ao objeto social da Pessoa Jur\u00eddica.<\/p><p><strong>Empresas obrigadas ao Registro<\/strong><\/p><p>Est\u00e3o obrigadas ao registro todas as empresas, entidades e escrit\u00f3rios t\u00e9cnicos que explorem, ou se disp\u00f5em a explorar, atividades nas \u00e1reas privativas do Administrador.<\/p><p>Em consequ\u00eancia dos campos de atua\u00e7\u00e3o privativos do Administrador, as empresas que prestam servi\u00e7os ou atuam nesses campos, dever\u00e3o requerer registro cadastral em CRA.<\/p><p>Relacionam-se, a seguir, alguns tipos de empresas que, necessariamente, t\u00eam que se registrar no CRA e dispor de um Administrador como Respons\u00e1vel T\u00e9cnico.<\/p><p><strong>1. ADMINISTRA\u00c7\u00c3O FINANCEIRA<\/strong>: Servi\u00e7os de Assessoria e Consultoria Financeira; Empresas de Factoring; Administradoras de Cons\u00f3rcios; Empresas Holdings; Administradoras de Cart\u00e3o de Cr\u00e9dito.<\/p><p><strong>2. ADM. E SELE\u00c7\u00c3O DE PESSOAL\/RECURSOS HUMANOS\/RELA\u00c7\u00d5ES INDUSTRIAIS:<\/strong>\u00a0Servi\u00e7os de Consultoria e Assessoria em Estudos e Elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de Planos de Cargos, Carreiras e Sal\u00e1rios; Servi\u00e7os de Consultoria e Assessoria em Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e Sele\u00e7\u00e3o de Pessoal \/ Recursos Humanos; Servi\u00e7os de Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e Realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Concursos P\u00fablicos e Processos Seletivos em geral; Servi\u00e7os de Loca\u00e7\u00e3o de M\u00e3o de Obra; Servi\u00e7os de Asseio e Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o\/Fornecimento de M\u00e3o de Obra; Servi\u00e7os de Seguran\u00e7a e Vigil\u00e2ncia\/Fornecimento de M\u00e3o de Obra; Outros Servi\u00e7os que requerem o Fornecimento de M\u00e3o de Obra.<\/p><p><strong>3. Administrador.<\/p><p><strong>Registro secund\u00e1rio: <\/strong>O Registro Secund\u00e1rio destina-se \u00e0 empresa registrada em outro CRA que possua filial ou venha a prestar servi\u00e7os no Estado do Rio Grande do Norte.<\/p><p>O registro pode ser feito atrav\u00e9s do autoatendimento. <a href=\"https:\/\/cra-rn.implanta.net.br\/servicosonline\/Precadastro\/PreCadastro\/\">Clique aqui<\/a><\/p><h2><u>\u00a0Esclarecimentos:<\/u><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2><ol><li>As filiais ou representa\u00e7\u00f5es de Pessoas Jur\u00eddicas localizadas na jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Regional de sua sede, com capital destacado, pagar\u00e3o anuidade correspondente a esse capital.<\/li><li>A Pessoa Jur\u00eddica que prestar servi\u00e7o, mesmo temporariamente, na jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o de outro CRA, e que n\u00e3o tenha domic\u00edlio fixado na regi\u00e3o, dever\u00e1 promover o Registro Secund\u00e1rio neste \u00faltimo, com o endere\u00e7o e demais dados do Registro Principal.<\/li><\/ol><p>Encerradas, definitivamente, as atividades na jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o onde foi feito o Registro Secund\u00e1rio, dever\u00e1 a Pessoa Jur\u00eddica requerer o
